Guest House, originating in Rochester Minnesota in 1956, provides treatment and care to clergy and religious men and women suffering from addictions and behavioral health concerns.  The SA+A project consisted of a 14,000 sf new construction Women’s Treatment Center connected to a 17,000 sf Men’s Treatment Center which included the addition of a new chapel and integration of historic architectural elements brought from the original site in Rochester, Minnesota.

“This was a true design build project – our architects and interior designers worked alongside the construction team to accomplish the client’s goals within a very tight timeframe,” says Steve Auger, Principal of SA+A Architects.  “Our mission was to design a space for serenity and healing, with the practical elements of a residential health care facility all integrated into the topography of the historic Scripps Mansion estate.”
